Monday Challenge : Make a Good Habit!


We all have those habits which we know aren't the best, but when you look big picture they are probably blocking you from achieving the life style you want. Time to tackle them!

Monday Challenge : Start this week strong! Take 10 - 15 minutes, reflect on what you are working towards, and what are the hurdles you foresee. Pick one habit that you want to change or one habit you want to create. Break it into actions.

For example : If you want better oral hygiene then set actions like: (1) schedule a dental appointment, (2) buy the products you'll need (3) floss twice a day, etc.

Make sure to put the goal somewhere visible so that you think about it and act upon it daily. Even if you falter, don't give up, keep pushing yourself. Before you know it - you'll see results and it'll be a daily habit that you won't even realize you do!

 Keep in mind it take 21 days to form a habit. That's less than a month!
